TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Price

Our prices are quoted in American dollars. Hotel rates are quoted per room per night. Tour and other services are quoted on per person basis. Single supplements will apply to individual travelers wishing to stay in a single room on a trip. 2. Children Policy

Free of charge for one child who is under the age of six years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and share the same room with adults. There will be charged 50% if any usage of airfare on tour. A tour price of 50% of full paying adults will be charged for one child from 6 to 11 years old when accompanied by at least two full paying adults and stays in the same room. An extra bed is provided without any payment. There will be charged 50% if any usage of airfare on tour. Children at the age of twelve or older will be charged as an adult. Please be prepared to show appropriate identification clearly stating the date of birth when confirming the services.

3. Reservation and Confirmation

All reservations and confirmations to be made in writing via our official website or email addresses. All reservations and confirmations are requests will be handled/replied within 24 hours. We will inform you in case we are unable to process your requests by the specified time frame.

4.Payment

Once, your tours and services are confirmed and booked your payment is required to make full. Payment can be made by Credit card, bank transfer, in cash or combined. All bank service charges (as may be applied by your bank and intermediate bank) are born by the payer. In the case of payment by credit cards, an additional charge of 3.5% will be added for Visa and Master Card and 3.85% for American Express. In case you wish to make amendments for your booking, no charge will be applied if the amendments are not close to the deadline of cancellation (please see cancellation policy). When an amendment is made, the tour cost may change and the new price will apply.

5. Cancellation by us

We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.

6. Cancellation by the traveler

If you cancel some or all portions of your booking cancellation fees will apply. A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation. If you cancel a trip: - Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival: 20% - Cancellations made from 45 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% - Late cancellations made from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% - Late cancellations made less than 14 days or no show: 100%

7. Travel Insurance

All customers arriving in Vietnam and booking a package through Hieutour Co., Ltd (including accommodation transportation and sightseeing) are automatically covered by local insurance. However, Hieutour Co., Ltd strongly recommends all customers to have personal travel insurance contracted in their country of origin and cover them during their stay in Vietnam. The liability of Vietnamese insurance is very limited and indemnities cannot be compared with indemnities paid by Western Insurance companies. Hieutour Co., Ltd subscribes with PVI Insurance. Our travel insurance in the tour program does not cover loss or missing personal properties. And we are not responsible for any cases that you make your own fault along taking our services. Hieutour Co., Ltd shall not bear any responsibilities in case of accident, disease, robbery, death or whatever might occur to its customers whilst traveling in Vietnam or to any destinations sold by Hieutour Co., Ltd. In case customers have no insurance covering them, but require assistance from Hieutour Co., Ltd due to accident, disease, robbery, death or whatever, assistance will be provided then all costs of this assistance will be prepaid by the customers. 8. Traveler's Detials

In order for us to confirm your travel arrangements, you must provide all requested details with the balance of the trip price. Necessary details include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport issue, and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements. If you are 60 years of age or over we also require you to complete and forward a Self- Assessment form. Your booking cannot be confirmed without the provision of these details. We commit you that any of your personal information received by us through the booking process will never be used for any other purposes but travel services related to your trip to our destinations.
